In Delhi's Civil Line area, when a constable asked 3 boys to wear masks and not spit in public place, but they beat up the police constable. According to DCP Monika Bhardwaj of North Delhi, on July 1, the constable was patrolling by motorcycle in the Puran Mal Civil Line area, at 7.20 pm in the evening, the constable saw 3 people, who had not put on masks and in public places. But were spitting continuously. Spitting in public place is banned in Delhi.
When the constable stopped the three boys, these boys started abusing the policemen. The constable immediately flashed a message on the Delhi Police's ERV so that the policemen present in the area could reach the spot. During this time, the accused boys were constantly abusing the constable. According to the police, they also started fighting, later the police team who reached the spot rescued the constable and took the three boys into custody.
