New Delhi: A man gave the warning to bomb The BJP headquarters. The BJP headquarters on Delhi's Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg was threatened over the phone of the bombing. Police rushed to the spot and checked the headquarters. After investigation, the police found that the information was fake.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that the caller is from Mysore district of Karnataka. The call was made at around 11 a.m. However, no statement has been made from the BJP so far. The calling young man is said to be mentally neurotic. The young man has made such calls several times before. Police are investigating the case.
According to news agency ANI, DCP Central of Delhi Police has confirmed this. According to police, on Saturday, a man had called the control room of the BJP headquarters saying that there was a bomb in the BJP headquarters. Since then, there was panic in the headquarters. However, police have now said that the phone call was fake and there was no need for concern.
