Symptoms of cough, colds, sore throat, rashes and body aches are common in dengue. But a case of dengue has been registered in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi, in which a 20-year-old woman has complained of being blind-eyed. After the checkup, the doctors found that the viscosity in appearance is due to swelling in the retina's blood vessels.

This is a symptom of dengue fever, which has emerged after the female being found dengue. This woman has a fever for the past 8 days and during this time she has no rashes. But one day she complained of sudden blurry in the left eye.

Dr. S. J. Jha of the Department of Ophthalmology of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital says that in most cases, dengue fever comes to swelling in blood vessels, but in this case, eyes are also involved. Due to swelling in the blood vessels of the retina, the fluid was leaked to the nearby place of the retina and due to this, the woman had difficulty in seeing it.

Dr. also said that recognizing this symptom in dengue patients is very important.
