Lucknow: Several steps are being taken to promote natural farming in UP. In this episode, the Natural Farming Board has now been formed. After the formation of the board, the state government announced financial grants to farmers for monitoring cattle. The Yogi government says that this will increase the income of farmers.

In fact, the government has decided to give Rs 900 a month to the farmers for the care of stray cattle along with giving desi cows under the Sahbhagita Yojana. Apart from this, farmers who do not have a desi cow will be provided a desi cow free of cost by the government. With the help of this cow, farmers can improve their natural farming and will earn tremendous profits. According to the animal husbandry department, farmers will be given one desi cow each to take up natural farming from 6,200 gaushalas. Instructions have also been issued to gaushalas for this.

According to the government, self-help groups registered under the National Livelihood Mission can also take up cow-based farming. For this, clusters will be formed by the Rural Development Department and converted into farmer-producer organizations. At the same time, natural farming is also being promoted on a large scale on the banks of the Ganga by the government. Many farmers have also been given financial help for this. The state government is taking several steps to provide a market for agricultural products to farmers.
