Lemon, pepper, honey and water
This is the best and simple ayurvedic drink for weight loss. Take a glass of warm water and add a teaspoon of pepper, a tablespoon of honey and half a lime, mix well. Drink this every morning before breakfast.
Ginger and lemon water
Take a glass of warm water, add grated ginger, the juice of a lemon and a tablespoon of honey. Mix the ingredients and drink thrice a day before every meal.
Aloe Vera
Mix the gel of aloe vera with a cup of orange juice and drink it before lunch or dinner. It helps clean the digestive system and stops bloating in stomach.
Coriander lime green tea
Take a glass of brewed green tea. Then add a teaspoon of pepper powder and a tablespoon of honey. Mix well and add coriander leaves on top. Drink this during tea time instead of the regular tea and coffee.
