In his address, Babulal lashed out at the Hemant government. He said that when the BJP government was formed at the Center under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Whenever the BJP government has been formed in the state, rapid development works have been done. Whenever the UPA government was formed in the state, these people started looting.
Babulal said that the graph of crime is increasing in the state. It is not going to be controlled either, because the Hemant government has engaged the police administration in recovery. He said that when Gangotri itself becomes dirty then how will Ganga be clean? When the people sitting at the top of the government indulge in corruption, then how will corruption be removed? Hemant Soren says that the coffers of the state government are empty, while they are busy filling their coffers.
