Mumbai: On Wednesday, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Assembly Devendra Fadnavis justified the Enforcement Directorate (ED) proceedings against Uddhav Thackeray government minister Nawab Malik. He alleged that Nawab Malik had bought land worth crores at low prices through Haseena Parkar, sister of Dawood Ibrahim, the culprit of the Mumbai blasts. According to former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the woman, who was the owner of the land, gave a statement to the Enforcement Directorate saying that she was not given a single rupee. After intimidating him, a separate power of attorney was prepared and land was grabbed.
The important thing in this is that among the land grabbers is Shahwali Khan, the culprit of the Mumbai bomb accident and the other is Haseena Parkar's frontman Salim Patel. The same BJP leader Fadnavis alleges that the fugitive country's enemy Dawood Ibrahim used to fund terror through Haseena Parkar and her people. When some links were found by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Enforcement Directorate after investigating the matter, Dawood Ibrahim's brother Ibrahim Kaskar was arrested. Proving this case, the investigating agencies raided at about 9 places and all the facts collected were presented in the court today. At the same time, Fadnavis said, land worth thousands of crores was bought for only 30 lakh rupees.
But even this money could not reach the original owners of the land. He said that in the purchase of land, 55 lakh rupees were received by Haseena Parkar, who was handling the entire work of Dawood's real estate. Along with this, he said that there were three attacks in Mumbai after Nawab Malik bought the land. From this it can be inferred that this money went to Dawood and he used this money in bomb blasts in India. Enforcement Directorate has placed all these things before the court. Not only this, the investigating agency has also taken the statement of the perpetrator of the bomb blast by going inside the Mumbai jail, in which he has accepted all these things. At the same time, witnesses have also confirmed this. Therefore, perhaps after all these facts came to light, the court has sent minister Nawab Malik to custody till March 3.
