Kolkata: West Bengal CM and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to meet PM Narendra Modi on Friday. At the same time, BJP National Vice President Dilip Ghosh levelled serious allegations against Mamata Banerjee. He said Mamata Banerjee uses her meetings with PM Modi to convey the message that "Setting Ho Gayi Hai". Dilip Ghosh further said that the central government should pay attention to this and not fall into Mamata's trap.  

At the same time, the TMC has vehemently denied these allegations of the BJP leader. TMC leader Sukhendu Sekhar Roy said, "Our opponents keep making baseless allegations.'' Sources said Mamata Banerjee will meet party MPs at the residence of Rajya Sabha MP Sukhendu Sekhar Roy in Delhi this evening. Banerjee is likely to hold discussions with Parliaments on the current monsoon session and the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Along with this, Mamata may also seek suggestions from him for the names of the 7 new districts announced in Bengal recently.

TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee reached Delhi on a four-day visit on Thursday (August 4) evening. Mamata Banerjee is likely to meet Congress Interim President Sonia Gandhi. It is also expected that Mamata Banerjee may also meet president Draupadi Murmu.
