Bollywood actor Ayushman Khurana's film Article 15 released yesterday, is making a splash in theatres. The film, based on a social subject like casteism, had long started protesting from the Brahmin community to the Karni Sena, saying that the film had shown negativities to the Brahmin community. Though the film's directors, Anubhav Sinha and actor Ayushman Khurana, had already made it clear that the film may be based on caste discrimination, it does not show a negative image of Brahmins or any other caste.

Speaking on the film during a recent interview, director Anubhav Sinha said that on Thursday, a number of theatre chains were told whether the film would be released the next morning. While protesting against the film, they said, "I don't know why there is so much protest and earlier he was speaking that the film was showing a bad image of Brahmins and now it is clear that there is nothing like it.

Recently, when the Anubhav was asked if they would make such films after such troubles. So the Anubhav went on to say that after making films like Mulk and Article 15, his next film will be even more rigorous, honest and powerful. Article 15 has been released across the country on Friday and the film's opening has been good. When it comes to audience reviews, people are liking the movie on social subjects and will have to see how much the movie can earn.
