New Delhi: Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana of the Patiala House Court of Delhi has raised many questions to the Delhi Police while hearing the petition of climate activist Disha Ravi, who was detained in the case of sharing the toolkit related to the farmers' movement. The judge asked in a Tanziya tone, 'If I go to the dacoit to ask for the temple donation, will I be considered involved in the dacoity?'

The Patiala House Court of Delhi has reserved its decision on the bail plea of environmental activist Disha Ravi who has been arrested by the Delhi Police in the charge of hatching an anti-national conspiracy. The court is going to give its verdict in this case on 23 February. 

After hearing the plea of Disha Ravi and Delhi Police, the court has raised many sharp questions from the Delhi Police. Advocate Siddharth Aggarwal said in the court on behalf of Disha Ravi that the Poetic Justice Foundation is not banned in India. According to the information, Disha Ravi's lawyer said that the toolkit is responsible for the violence, no evidence has been found so far. Through the toolkit, only people were asked to come forward, participate in the march and go back home. If someone is motivated to participate in the march, will it be treason? If I ask people to participate in a rally, does it prove me a traitor today?
