Sago Pakora Recipe - Take as much as one cup of sago. Wash the sago thoroughly and immerse it in one inch of water, soak it overnight or for 4 to 5 hours. After this, the sabudana will be doubled by soaking in water and it will also become soft and then boil the potato and peel it out and mash it well. After this, take the sago in a bowl and mix the mashed potatoes in it and now add green chili, ginger, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix it well.
After this, add Rajgira or Singhare flour and coarsely ground Singadana in this mixture. Now add salt or rock salt to this mixture. Taste and know whether it is according to taste or not. After this, make an equal portion of this mixture and make small balls. Now to fry the sago pakora, keep 3 cups of oil in a pan for heating and fry the sago pakoda. After this, so that the temperature of oil is not reduced by 4 to 5 pakora at a time. After this, with the frying spoon, the sago pakoda kept rolling upside down so that it could be fried evenly from all sides.
Fry the sago pakora till it becomes a light golden color and after frying the sago pakora, take it out on the kitchen napkin so that it gets more oil. So sago pakoda recipe is ready.
