To do this you Start in plank position with the wrists under the shoulders and heels pushing back, while keeping your core engaged (try pulling your belly button toward your spine). Now, Roll forward with your toes, keep your elbows tucked in close to the body. You can keep going as far forward reaching to the point that your arms come to a 90 degrees angle as you lower yourself towards the floor. As you lower yourself towards the floor, make sure that you keep your elbows close to the body and stop once your arms are at a 90 degrees angle. And now, exhale, and lower yourself with control onto your stomach. You may continue onto plank or cobra or an upward facing dog with the next inhale.
