New Delhi: With big news coming out for those travelling in trains, the Indian Railways continues to make new rules for the convenience of passengers. Many times people are not aware of these rules, due to which they may have to face some problems while traveling. Most people have problems traveling at night. Many passengers complain that at night, some passengers talk on the phone, while some listen to loud music. There are some rules of the Railways to deal with similar problems of passengers.  

Do you know these rules?
According to railway rules, no passenger is allowed to speak loudly on the phone after 10 pm, nor can passengers listen to loud music. If a passenger is found talking in a loud voice or listening to music, the railways can take action if a complaint is received against him.  

In addition to the same loud talk and music, some passengers complain that the light is on in the train at night. For this, the railways rule that due to the night journey, only the night light will be on, in addition, no lights are allowed to be kept on. Not only this, there are instructions to the checking staff, RPF, electrician, catering staff and maintenance staff to work in peace at night for the convenience of passengers. In addition, senior citizens, divyangjans and women passengers travelling alone will be provided immediate assistance, if required, by the railway staff.
