Google deletes 17 apps from play store after Joker Malware detected

Android users use multiple apps on their smartphones. They have many special and useful apps. Google is always trying to focus on the security of apps keeping in mind the security and privacy of users. But even after Google's vigilance, there are many apps that are infected with malware. In the past few days, the company had removed some such apps from the Google Play store. Once again, 17 apps have been deleted due to joker malware.

A California-based IT security company, Zassler, has reported that the Google Play store has 17 apps infected with joker malware. This security company says that this malware has infected the apps on the Play store for the past several months and therefore it is necessary to delete these apps. After which the Google Play store has deleted all these 17 apps in terms of security.

Joker is not a new malware, but it is an old malware and some app developers had reported it in the past also. After which the company removed 11 apps in July and 6 apps from the Play Store in September. Now 17 other apps have been deleted. If you are also using these apps, delete them immediately from your phone.
