Kajol is not only celebrating the fairly good response she is getting for her new movie, but she is also celebrating 20 years of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai for which she also attended an event yesterday (on October 16, 2018). Apart from this, Kajol recently appeared on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, No Filter Neha. Kajol appeared as a guest on the second episode of the show, where she got candid about her kids not liking her movies and Karan Johar’s mini heart attack moment. What raised our eyebrows the most amongst everything she said was the fact that no one was happy about her wedding with Ajay Devgn, not even her dad. Kajol has always been quite guarded and tight-lipped about her personal life. Sharing the detail that nobody wanted her and Ajay to get married, she said, “Nobody wanted us to get married besides his family and my family. My family also was iffy. My dad didn’t talk to me for a week when I told him I wanted to get married. It was because I wanted to get married.”

She further added, In an interview earlier, she was asked why she chose to tie the knot at the peak of her career, wherein she gave an epic answer and said, “It was the right thing for me to do at that point of time. I had been already working for around eight and a half to nine years. So, I was ready to kind of calm down on my work front and kind of take it easier.” Opening up about the real reason behind surviving their marriage, Kajol remarked, “We have survived because both of us have worked through it together and we have two kids. It’s almost like we have become like one person who has these two children like their arms”
