The entire cast and crew of Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala's upcoming movie Kalank launched the teaser of the movie in Mumbai on March 12. The movie will be released on April 17. Music director Pritam will be making a comeback with this movie after a gap of nearly 2 years since his last film Jab Harry Met Sejal. The whole cast of Kalank assembled ahead of the teaser launch of the film. The film is all set to be released on April 17, 2019. The movie is jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. 

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt were seen sharing a light moment at the teaser launch of their film. Kalank is their fourth film together. Varun Dhawan will be seen essaying the role of Zafar, while Alia Bhatt will be playing the role of Roop. While Alia and Varun twinned in white outfits, Sonakshi and Aditya arrived at the launch of the teaser in red attire, probably suggesting their on-screen pairing in Kalank. Aditya Roy Kapoor will be seen playing the role of Dev Chaudhry and Sonakshi Sinha will be playing the role of Satya Chaudhry.

Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur make a grand entry at the teaser launch of Kalank .The young cast of Kalank, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha arrive ahead of the teaser launch of the film on March 12. Head-to-toe in black, Sanjay Dutt opted for a black Pathani suit as he arrived for the teaser launch of Kalank. Undoubtedly, his persona is something that no actor can match! Sanjay Dutt will be seen playing the character of Balraj Chaudhry in the movie.

Twinning with her co-star Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit came to the teaser launch in a floral black saree. The Total Dhamaal actress, with her unceasing glamour, never fails to prove that age is just a number. Madhuri Dixit Nene will be seen playing the role of Bahaar Begum. The co-producer of the film, Karan Johar arrived in style as he was clicked ahead of the launch of the teaser.  Kalank is a period drama film co-produced by Apoorva Mehta, Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Hiroo Yash Johar which is all set to release on April 19.
