ISLAMABAD: Doctors who are treating the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif in London have indicated that if there is no reason or solution to their unstable platelets, then their toxicology will be ordered to check the poison in them. The media gave this information on Saturday. This announcement was made on Friday. In a report filed in the Lahore High Court on Friday, doctors said, 'If there is no change in the platelets count, then their (Sharif) potential toxicology can be screened. We want to count them between platelets 50–150, so that they can be treated safely with anti-platelets therapy.

At the same time, it has been noted that Nawaz's eldest son Hussain Nawaz had earlier said that his father may have been poisoned in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Pakistan. Last week in London, he again said that he has not accused anyone. But he said that doctors were worried about his constantly falling platelets.

According to the information, it has been learned that during the detention, his platelets were reduced from 75,000 to just 2,000 within 24 hours. Sharif, who was serving a seven-year jail term in a corruption case, was released by the Islamabad High Court for 8 weeks on 27 October due to illness.
