The Supreme Court has rejected Bilkis Bano's plea for an early listing of the matter. In fact, the Supreme Court says that 'don't mention it again and again.' Let us tell you that the release of 11 convicts in the gang rape case has been challenged by Bilkis Bano. Along with this, she has filed a petition demanding the constitution of a new bench and immediate listing. Let us tell you that the bench headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud has expressed objection in front of Bano's lawyer Shobha Gupta.

In fact, she was continuously demanding hearing from the second bench. In such a situation, the CJI said, ''Writ will be listed. Please do not mention the same thing again and again.'' He said, 'It is very disturbing.' The matter was to come up for hearing on Tuesday, however, it could not happen as Justice Bela M Trivedi, who was part of the bench, recused herself from it. At the same time, no reason has been given for this. Let us tell you that during the Gujarat riots, Bilkis Bano became a victim of gang rape and 7 people of her family were murdered.

At the same time, apart from CJI Chandrachud, Justice PS Narasimha was also included in the bench. Yes and now the Supreme Court will have to set up a new bench to hear this. Let us tell you that Bano has said in the petition that the Supreme Court has said earlier also that collective immunity cannot be allowed and each convict has to be investigated separately before relief. Let us also inform you that all the convicts were released in August after getting amnesty from the Gujarat government. In this case, the Special CBI Court of Mumbai sentenced them to life imprisonment in the year 2008.
