Lucknow: The situation in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, has worsened due to corona. Amidst this serious crisis, Lucknow MP and the country's Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has come into action. A team from DRDO is arriving in Lucknow on Friday at the behest of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Two special covid hospitals will be set up in Lucknow by the DRDO team.

One hospital will have a capacity of 250 to 300 beds, while the other hospital will have a capacity of 500 to 600 beds. These hospitals will be developed on a war footing so that they can be used at the earliest. The situation in Lucknow is deteriorating every day due to the corona epidemic. There is a shortage of beds in hospitals in the capital, where beds are available, there are no oxygen cylinders.

The Yogi government in UP declared many small and big hospitals in Lucknow as covid specials, but the situation does not seem to be improving. Just the previous day, several pictures surfaced from Lucknow where hospitals are short of oxygen. Some hospitals are then asking the family members of the patients to bring oxygen cylinders. On the other hand, pyres are constantly burning at Vaikuntha Dham crematorium at Bhaisakund in Lucknow itself. When the video of the burning of pyres in Vaikuntha Dham went viral, the administration got the crematorium covered from all sides.
