3- Drinking water at night is very beneficial for the stomach. If you have problems related to stomach, drinking water before sleep will be beneficial for you. Because of which your digestion system keeps improving.

4- By drinking a glass of water before sleeping, blood flow in our body is always good, which prevents the problem of the heart attack.

5- If you want to keep your heart healthy, drink a glass of water before sleeping at night. Doing so often does not lead to heart disease.
