After two years, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa are once again embroiled in a legal tangle. A 200-page charge sheet against the couple has been submitted to the court, according to a report from ANI by the Narcotics Central Bureau of Investigation (NCB). After the NCB found marijuana in the couple's Andheri home in 2020, the couple was detained. According to NCB, 86.5 grammes of marijuana were found in Bharti and Haarsh's home following the raid.

ANI received confirmation from NCB representatives that both Bharti and Haarsh Limbachiyaa had admitted to using marijuana (ganja). Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya were each granted bail by the magistrate court on a Rs. 15,000 bonds. The two were charged with violating the NDPS Act's sections 8(c) (drug possession) and 27 (drug consumption), as well as 20(b)(ii)(A) (involves small quantity of drugs).
