Jammu: DSP Davinder Singh, who was arrested along with 3 terrorists including Hizbul commander Navid Baba in Kashmir, has been taken on 15 days remand by NIA (National Investigation Agency). Where it was presented in the special court of NIA on Thursday, 23 January 2020. Judge Subhash Gupta said that the matter is very serious. It is also being said that remand is necessary for the investigation of the case to reach the result. The remand of the 5 accused arrested in this case has been sanctioned. The court has also instructed the accused to get medical after every 48 hours. Meanwhile, Davinder has also appealed to the court to advocate for himself.

The terrorists Saeed Naveed Mushtaq Shah alias Nabid Baba, Irfan Safi Mir, Rafi Ahmed Dar, and Irfan Ahmed were produced in the court. Earlier, he was brought to Jammu from Srinagar under tight security. The judge found the case details submitted by the NIA to the court to be correct. After the court appearance, all the accused were taken to the Jammu headquarters of the NIA.

It is also being said that how the DSP is helping to bring terrorists Saeed Naveed Mushtaq and Rafi Ahmed out of Srinagar. DSP was taking the terrorists to Jammu by sitting in their car JK 03 H 1738. It was apprehended based on strong information. AK 47, pistol, hand grenade and cartridges were also found from the car. Based on the clues found in the investigation, the police nabbed Naveed's brother Irfan Ahmed from Jammu. He was to be sheltered near Irfan in Jammu. The DSP and 4 other accused suspended after the arrest was taken by NIA to court in a bulletproof vehicle. The cloth was tied on everyone's mouth.
