Indore: The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Palak Puranik, a criminal in the murder case of Bhaiyyu Maharaj, a young saint in Indore, five years ago. Palak was in jail for 4 years. Palak is accused of abetting suicide. In this charge, the sessions court has sentenced three criminals to 6-6 years in jail.

Palak had challenged the sessions court's order in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. She also sought bail but did not get relief. Subsequently, Palak's lawyer moved an application to the Supreme Court. This was accepted by the court. Palak is alleged to have made obscene videos with Bhaiyyu Maharaj. She was blackmailing Bhaiyyu Maharaj. Disturbed by this, Bhaiyyu Maharaj shot himself and committed suicide in his flat. Palak was accompanied by Maharaj's servitors Vinayak Dudhale and Sharad Deshmukh in this work. After registering a case in this case, the police also recovered the chat between Palak and Maharaj on their mobile.

In her application to the apex court, Palak had said she has been sentenced to six years in jail and has been in jail for four years and the appeal is also pending. For this reason, she should be granted bail. The Supreme Court accepted the application and granted bail. Disturbed by the torture of the three servitors, Bhaiyyu Maharaj started living under stress and was also undergoing treatment. The medicines that the doctors prescribed. The three criminals used to give three doses instead of one dose and under the influence of alcohol, they also got a suicide note written from Maharaj. The police had also found in the investigation that videos of Maharaj in an unconscious state were made by his servitors. Actually, Palak was very close to Maharaj and she wanted to marry Maharaj, but Maharaj had married Ayushi. This angered Palak. Bhaiyyu Maharaj shot himself on June 12, 2018.
