Jaipur: The duo from Rajasthan’s Rajsamand district are being hailed as heroes after they successfully chased the accused behind the murder of tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur and helped the police to catch the suspects.
As per the information, Shakti Singh and Prahlad Singh of Taal village near Lasani in Rajasthan received a phone call from the police just after they finished watching a viral video of Udaipur tailor Kanhaiya Lal's brutal beheading. The caller asked for their help to track the two killers, Gaus Mohammed and Mohammad Riyaz, who were flying on a bike with the registration number RJ 27 AS 2611 from Udaipur after the murder.
On spotting the bike near the bus stand they alerted the police and followed the suspects for 30 Km. The Killers also had a cleaver with them and tried to intimate the duo with the cleaver but Shakti and Prahalad remained unscared and continued following them.
In the time of social media when the people come to know about this heroic incident, the duo became popular and they got recognition from different groups. People all over the country are praising them for their bravery and showering love on them as the duo without caring about their own life helped the police to catch the Killers.
The two met Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday. Rajput Karni Sena national president Mahipal Singh Makrana has requested the chief minister to give Shakti Singh and Prahlad Singh government jobs.
