Frustration is an emotion very common to all of us. People may have to deal with it sometimes or other in their life. Some people have a high frustration tolerance and some deal with tough circumstances in life tactfully. It's hard for people with a low frustration tolerance to cope with any problems in their life that are causing frustration. They may end up having some mental health issues as a result. These are a few ways to improve your low frustration tolerance:

1. Accept your feelings of frustration. It is a normal human emotion. The more you fight it, the longer those feelings will linger around you.


2.Ride out frustration. Being emotionally overwhelmed can be a barrier to finding those solutions for your frustration.


3.Practice mindfulness. It will help you keep calm and thoughtful. Frustration tolerance is a learned behavior. Mindfulness helps with being able to slow down your mind and body when feeling anxious. 


4. Have a conversation with a mental health professional. Therapy can be a great way to examine and improve frustration tolerance.
