Ingredients - 1 tbsp ghee
Peel 1 dozen Chickoo and grate
Half a cup of milk 150 grams of Mawa
1 Tsp cardamom powder, half a tsp nutmeg powder chopped almond pistachios for garnishing
Method of preparation- To make Chickoo Halwa, first heat ghee in a pan and add grated Chickoo and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Then add milk and sugar and cook. Now add Mawa, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to it. Chickoo halwa is ready. Garnish with almond, pistachio pieces and serve.
