Today, Shaktikanta Das, Economic Affairs Secretary confidently communicate that the economy will grow more than 7 percent in next fiscal.

Shaktikanta Das said, "For this year's GDP growth, we have to wait till March-end. But next year, it will be upwards of 7 per cent".

The secretary as per the sources news said, "there will be the transient impact of demonetization on the economy, but it will not spill over to the next fiscal".

He noted that there is a great impact of the digital transaction, a large part of the economy moving toward the digital transaction.
