2 cups White flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bi-carb (baking soda)
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted butter (butter)
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup ground sugar
A pinch of salt
Method of making a chocolate cake - First to make an eggless chocolate cake in a pressure cooker, first mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl and strain it 2 times with a strainer. Now in a large bowl, beat vanilla essence, butter, and condensed milk with an electric beater or hand blender. Now mix the flour mixture slightly in a butter mixture and fix a thick batter. Then add this batter to the pre-greased baking tin. At the same time, add salt to a pressure cooker and put a lid on it and close without whistling and heat on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Now when the cooker is well heated, cover the cake tin with the cooker inside and bake the cake for half an hour with a low flame. (Keep in mind that we have to bake the cake without adding water to the cooker) Half an hour later, check the cake with the help of a toothpick to see if the cake is ready.
