Ingredients of chicken gilafi kebab-

200 grams of chicken

 One cup of onion finely chopped

 One cup of tomatoes finely chopped

 One cup capsicum finely chopped

 Three to four green chillies

 Salt to taste

 Two teaspoons oil

Eight to ten cashews

Eight to ten almonds that have been peeled

Red Chilli Powder

Garam Masala Powder

Garlic Ginger Paste

One teaspoon of cumin seeds

Two lemon juice

Fresh Cream

One teaspoon of kewada water

 

Method of making chicken gilafi kebab - For this, finely chop the pieces of most chicken. Add onion, salt, red chillies, garam masala, garlic ginger paste, cumin powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Add fresh cream, green chillies, keora water, cashews and almonds and add it to a grinder. Grind everything well. Now place the chicken paste well in the big stick of the toothpick. Now remove the chopped onions, chopped capsicum and coriander leaves on a plate. Wrap these chopped vegetables around the wooden kebabs. Keep the over at 180 degrees first and then bake this chicken kebab for eight to ten minutes. Get the Gilafi kebab ready.

 

Now you have to serve the Gilafi Kebab with sour mint chutney and date palm tamarind chutney and if it has to be made on a frying pan, add oil to a non-stick pan and heat it and then put the kebabs in all these sinks on a frying pan and cook them in a low flame. After this, slowly bake from both sides and serve with mint chutney.
