New Delhi: Elon Musk is making many changes after taking over the reins of Twitter. Elon Musk has recently released the Twitter Blue subscription feature. Apart from this, the verified tick is also being given in 3 different colors. Earlier only a blue tick was given. The effect of this change is also visible. Because, the blue tick has been removed from the Twitter handle of the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

However, this does not mean that their handle is not verified. Now the gray color tick has started appearing next to PM Modi's name. The tag of the Indian government official is also seen in gray color below the account handle. These amendments are being done under the new verification system. Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the blue tick has also been removed from the accounts of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, and Piyush Goyal. Now next to their name, you will see a gray color tick. The company had already made it clear that the gray tick will be given only to people associated with the government.

However, right now the chief ministers of the states are not being given a gray tick. It is also not clear whether the handles of opposition leaders in India will have a grey tick. The company changed its policy last week. With this, the business account is given a gold tick. While government accounts will be given gray and common users will be given a blue tick for subscriptions. The company is gradually rolling out this feature.
