One employee said, 'The situation was the same when I joined the office two years ago. Many times we wrote a complaint to the authority but got no response. Another employee said, 'We wear helmets to protect ourselves. We told our seniors many times about the condition of the building but no action was taken in this case, perhaps they are waiting for someone to die before we do the repair work. '

During the rainy season, water drips from the roof, which the employees have to bring an umbrella with. The electricity department office in Banda is in a dilapidated building. The furniture is also in useless condition, there are no cupboards in the office, so the papers can be seen stored in the cardbox.
