Regarding this matter, it has been said in the survey that about 53% of employers do not want new recruitment. About 15% of the respondents in the survey said that they can hire replacement. Interestingly, 10% of the respondents said that there will be new job opportunities in this financial year.

There will be no salary hike this year, because 61% believed that this is not possible in view of the current economic situation. While 27% believe that the salary increase will be less than 5%, around 11% believed that the increment will be between 5-10%.
