New Delhi: Today the youth waiting for employment is going to get a big relief. PM Narendra Modi will distribute about 71 thousand appointment letters under the Rojgar Mela on Tuesday. The special thing is that the Modi government at the Center has promised to provide 10 lakh jobs by December 2023. Last October also, 75 thousand people were given appointment letters.

According to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), physical copies of appointment letters will be handed over to newly appointed persons at 45 locations in the country (except Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh). In addition to the categories of posts recruited earlier, jobs are also being given to the youth in Teacher, Lecturer, Nurse, Nursing Officer, Doctor, Pharmacist, Radiographer, and other technical and paramedical posts. The Ministry of Home Affairs is also recruiting a large number of posts in various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The PMO has told on Monday that the Prime Minister will also launch the Karmayogi Pramukh module. This module is an online orientation course for all new recruits in various government departments.

The curriculum will cover the code of conduct for government employees, ethics and integrity in the workplace, human resource policies, and other benefits and perks, which will help them adapt to the policies and transition smoothly into new roles. They will also get an opportunity to explore other courses on the igotkarmayogi.gov.in platform to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Let us tell you that in June this year itself, it was said by the PMO that the Government of India is working on mission mode for 10 lakh appointments in the next 1.5 years. The Center had set a deadline of December 2023 for the appointment of 10 lakh vacant posts.
