Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone‘s first song of the film Pathaan created Ruckus. The song was released by the makers. Besharam is a dance number romancing each other in exotic locales in Europe. However, they are facing huge criticism because of the color of Deepika’s Dress. Now Paramhans Acharya has given a controversial statement objecting the Pathaan.

Mahant Paramhans Das of Tapasvi Chhavni of Ayodhya on Monday performed the symbolic 'tehraveen' ritual of actor Shah Rukh Khan. He said that the 'tehraveen' would mark the end of 'jihad' which was being propagated by the actor through his films.

He alleged is being propagated by SRK in his movies. As per the report, he performed the ritual with an earthen pot and recited a few mantras before he smashed the pot. He was joined by a few supporters.

Earlier he said,  "Bollywood and Hollywood constantly try to find ways to make fun of Sanatan Dharma and insult Hindu Gods and Goddesses. In the Pathaan movie, Deepika Padukone wore a bikini which hurt the religious sentiments of saints and of the entire country. Shahrukh Khan constantly makes fun of Sanatan Dharma. What was the need to wear a saffron bikini and perform such steps in the song?. I appeal to the audience to boycott the film and burn the theatres wherever the film will be screened, adding that the makers of the film should be treated in the same manner."

Pathaan, marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen in over four years. The action thriller also stars John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Aanand. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 25, 2023. It will be released in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions apart from Hindi. Shah Rukh Khan also has Jawaan and Dunki in the pipeline.
