New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Thursday targeted the opposition in Prayagraj fiercely. Referring to Mecca and Vatican City, PM Modi attacked those who are also questioning the development works being done in Kashi and Ayodhya. PM Modi said that two years ago, more than two crore people had reached Mecca, the holy place of Muslims, to perform Hajj and Umrah. Similarly, in Vatican City, the holy place of Christians, about 10 million people went to see the Pope along with the church and museum there.

PM Modi said that these countries have prepared best facilities for the devotees coming there. So that people do not have problem of living. Be it connectivity problems, cleanliness, it is taken care of a lot. But in India, when we do some work in the same direction, work for the convenience of the people, then an attempt is made to look at it from a communal angle.

PM Narendra Modi further said that after the development of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the number of devotees has increased so much that the poorest of the poor have started getting many means of livelihood. Due to this, faith has also increased and there is also curiosity due to new work. The development work being done in Banaras will change the economy of Kashi and the region.
