Apart from this, the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has launched Multi Location Claim Settlement Scheme. Under this, applications for PF related works can be disposed of from anywhere in the country. Besides, Manoj Kumar Yadav, Regional Commissioner, EPFO Dehradun, said that with this facility, claims made from any regional office of EPFO Can be disposed of.

Now it will not be necessary that you have to apply for claim settlement in your own city office. You can do it in any EPFO office in the country. The statement said that under this new initiative all types of online claims such as provident funds, pensions, partial withdrawals and claims and transfers can be settled. . These are being disposed of rapidly at the level of PF office.

Efforts are being made to settle such claims within 72 hours. In view of the Corona crisis, the Employees Provident Fund Organization has given facility to advance withdrawal of their deposits while providing relief to the PF account holders. For this, the EPFO changed the EPF Scheme-1952, saying that employees can withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in their account or equal to three months salary. Employees can use this money for their needs and there will be no need to resubmit it.
