Eggs —- 4
All purpose flour – 1 bowl

Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Oil – 4 to 5 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Method of making Egg Roll- For this, first, in a large bowl, mix all purpose flour, flour, salt and 2 teaspoons of oil and mix it well. Now add water little by little to the dough and knead it and keep the dough covered for 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes, knead the dough once again by kneading it lightly and make medium sized balls of the dough. Now put the dough ball on the wheel and press it lightly with your hand and roll it like a roti with a rolling pin. After this, keep the pan on medium heat to heat and put a rolled roti on the pan and bake it like a roti. After this, when the roti is slightly roasted, apply oil on both the sides and roast the roti till light brown spots appear. Now break 2 eggs in a bowl and add salt and beat it well with a spoon. After this, put 2 spoons of oil on the pan and when the oil becomes hot, put the egg batter on the pan and spread it well with a spoon. Now when the egg is slightly cooked, keep the roti on the egg and press it lightly with your hand. After this, cook the egg well for 2 minutes and keep in mind that cook the egg on one side only. At the same time, when the egg and roti are cooked well, then take it out in a plate.

Make vegetable for egg roll- For this, put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and keep it on medium heat to heat. Now when the oil becomes hot, add chopped onion, green chili, carrot and cabbage and cook for 2 minutes. After this, after 2 minutes, turn off the gas and add salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder and mix it well with a spoon. Now placing the egg-based roti on the side of the egg, add 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup and spread it well on the roti with a spoon. After this, make a roll of egg roti by placing 2 spoons of the cooked vegetable mixture on the egg.
