Chief Minister K. Former minister and former leader of the Telangana Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir demanded the resignation of Chandrasekar Rao. He said that if THE CM KCR is serious about the welfare of the farmers, he will come out of the mode of rejection.
Addressing a ritu fast programme at Macha Reddy Chaurastha in Kamareddy district on Thursday, Sabir Ali alleged that the TRS government was not assessing the problems faced by farmers in the state. Lakhs of farmers were under severe pressure after heavy rains, floods, pests and other reasons had lost their crops and entered the CM's rejection mode, he said.
Quoting an example, the Chief Minister mocked some tenant farmers in Shivanur village of Narsinghi mandal when they set fire to their damaged crops and claimed that they were not farmers. Cm did not even send an officer to cross-check if the farmers were expressing real grievances.
