Jammu and Kashmir: Two blasts were heard in the technical area of Jammu airport this morning and created a stir in the entire area. A forensic team including police reportedly rushed to the spot soon after the blasts were heard and a bomb disposal squad also reached the spot. The forensic team has now started its investigation. Earlier on Saturday, the CRPF party was attacked with a grenade at Barbar Shah in Srinagar.

In fact, 3 civilians were injured in the grenade attack and have been rushed to a nearby health center for immediate treatment. According to reports, one civilian also died in the attack. In the case, a police official said, "Terrorists hurled grenades at a joint team of CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police in Barbar Shah area under Kralkhud police station around 6 pm. The official also said, "The grenade exploded on the roadside, injuring three people.''

An encounter took place between terrorists and security forces in Hajipora area of Shopian district of south Kashmir last Friday. One terrorist was killed in the encounter while another Lashkar terrorist surrendered during the encounter. At the same time, an AK-56 rifle was reportedly recovered from the terrorist.
