After clicking on Facebook's 'Setting' option you will see a list on the left. After clicking on the 'App' option, you will see all the apps you have ever logged into with your Facebook ID. These apps will include all types of apps, including shopping, grocery, garments. So that Facebook can track every day of your daily activities. The products or services that the user is interacting with, Facebook shows the same product or service related to ad users.

From log-in location to device name, it can be seen through Facebook's 'Security and Login' page, you can know where and where did you log in to your Facebook account. Facebook has all the information related to your device and its location. If for some reason you forget to log out your account in a public computer or with a stranger's phone then by logging in next with 'security and log-in' you can log out the account from all the previous devices.

Facebook shows your interests by looking at your searches. In the many add-ons that appear in Facebook's news feeds, Facebook selects the likes of your choice to better understand your liking and dislikes and show the same ad, which you would like to meet. If you want to know what kind of Aid shows you, then you need to go to the 'Setting' option and click on the 'Advert' visible to the right. 

After this, Facebook will tell you according to different categories that you are interested in things like business, industry, travel, place, event. Facebook evaluates all these things by looking at the content that appears in Newsfeed and user feedback on them.
