Dehradun: Kunda police station of Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand has raided a house and gathered news of fake medicines factory. The police have seized medicines and raw material worth crores from the spot. At the same time, 10 people have been arrested due to this. This news was given by SSP Varinderjit Singh.

According to the news received, the police had received a complaint of manufacturing fake medicines of branded companies by setting up a factory in a house in Kunda police station area. When the police force raided this Tahrir, a large consignment of counterfeit medicines of Cipla and other companies was recovered on the spot. The value of the cache of counterfeit medicines caught has been said to be Rs 2 crore. At the same time, machines worth about 50 lakh rupees were installed in the factory. The police have arrested 10 criminals from the factory of making counterfeit medicines.

The same SSP Udham Singh Nagar Barinderjit Singh said that the police had on the occasion 14 boxes of Eurimax D, 10 wrappers of Cipla company, 10 bags of dye basis, 6 bags of made starch, 2 bags of micro crystalline cellulose, 4 bags of magnesium stearate, 2 plastic bags. The pouch, 65 kg loose tablets of Urimax D have been confiscated. Apart from this, one bag of 16 kg Manosafe, two bags of 51 kg Yclave-25, one pouch Telma-40 and 3 bags of 1.5 kg, 6 large pharmaceutical machines, 9 plastic bags of pharmaceutical equipment, 30 kg Police have seized a car along with 3 bags of powdered medicine, 2 bundles of printed foil. Now the matter is being investigated by the police.
