Gorakhpur: A tragic incident has come to light from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. In fact, three people of a family have committed suicide by hanging themselves. It is being told that there is a sensation in the area as soon as this incident comes to light. Let us tell you that in this case it is being told that the financial condition of the deceased family was bad. For this reason, the father and two minor daughters committed suicide by hanging themselves with a dupatta. In this case, the forensic team reached the spot for investigation and sent the three bodies for post-mortem and started investigating the case. The incident reportedly took place at Ghosipurwa in Geeta Vatika in the Shahpur area of the city. Jitendra Srivastava (45) lived here with his two daughters and father Om Prakash.

Jitendra used to work as a tailor at home and his right leg was amputated in the 1999 train accident. In such a situation, he used to do tailoring work at home with the help of artificial feet, while his wife Simmi died of cancer two years ago in 2020. At the same time, his two daughters Manya Srivastava (16) and Manvi Srivastava (14) were studying in classes 9 and 7 at the Central Academy in Awas Vikas. In this case, the police came to know that the fees of both girls were not even paid for about five months. 37,000 thousand rupees were to be paid.

Jitendra's father Om Prakash Srivastava said, "When he returned after finishing night duty at 7 am on Tuesday, he saw the main door of the house open. When he went inside, he saw the bodies of son Jitendra and granddaughter Manya, 16, and Manvi, 14, hanging from the fan in separate rooms. He came out screaming and informed the neighbours as well as the Shahpur police station about the incident.''

SSP Dr Gaurav Grover said that all aspects related to the incident are under investigation. The situation will be clear after the post-mortem report comes. In the conversation with the family and their father, it is coming out that there is a financial crisis and debt. The two girls had five months of school fees due and Jitendra's two daughters were very smart in their studies. They had reared two parrots at home four years ago. Whom they named Pablo and Lily. According to reports, the police found the two parrots covered with cloth in the house and also found a suicide note nearby which said that both the parrots should be released after we die.
