Bappi Lahari, the famous musician who introduced Bollywood to disco and rock music in the 70s, has passed away. He was 69 years old. He breathed his last at a hospital in Mumbai. According to media reports, Bappi Lahari passed away at around 11 pm. Bappi Lahiri had also been ill for a long time and was undergoing treatment at The Criti Care Hospital.  

Earlier, legendary singer Bharat Ratna 'Swar Kokila' Lata Mangeshkar had passed away. Bappi da loved to live his life in a different way, which was very much liked by his fans.
