Chennai: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi is in Tamil Nadu these days. He is on a three-day state visit to Tamil Nadu this year for the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu since last Saturday. As soon as he reached Tamil Nadu, he has started campaigning for electioneering. In this, he carried out several attacks on the Modi government at the centre. He first alleged that the AIADMK government in the state has entered into an agreement with the central government. PM Modi uses the CBI and other agencies to get what he wants.

Rahul Gandhi, in another statement, targeted the Modi government over the agitating farmers. "The agricultural laws brought by the central government are like demonetisation for the farmers," he said. "I am happy that the farmers have stopped the implementation of these laws of PM Modi sitting at the doorstep of Delhi. The Prime Minister does not realise the strength of the poor and it is our job to realise the strength of the poor, the workers and the farmers." In addition, the former Congress president also said, "Today, there are planned attacks on the poor and the workers in the country. It is not just a lacuna of policies, but it is deliberately trying to eliminate small and medium industries and workers in the country."

In a statement, he further attacked the prime minister and said, "I talk to you directly and answer your questions, but PM talks to only 4-5 industrialists in the closed room. In this way, he targeted PM Modi through his statements.
