Lucknow: Ghulam Mohammad Jaula, a big farmer leader of western Uttar Pradesh, has passed away at the age of 84. Jaula was a big face in the farmers' movement against the agricultural laws. It is being told that Jaula died at 6.30 am due to a heart attack. At that time he was reading newspaper at home. It is being speculated that he died in shock due to the news of the split of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU).
At the same time, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait expressed grief over the death of Ghulam Mohammad Jaula and said that he may have died due to the shock of the Indian Farmers Union being torn apart. Rakesh Tikait further said that, Ghulam Mohammad Jaula has been with the farmers' organization since the beginning. He always used to conduct the stage. He also held the post of National Operations. Wherever he may have been in the middle, but if there was any program related to the family or Tikait Sahib (Mahendra Singh Tikait), he would definitely come.
Rakesh Ticket said recently he had also come on the death anniversary of Tikait sahib. His death is a sad event. He said, it is being told that he died while reading the newspaper. Maybe they were old comrades of the organization. In such a situation, after reading the news of the break-up of the farmers union in the newspaper, he might have been shocked and he had suffered a heart attack.
