New Delhi: Farmers agitating against agricultural laws have got approval to enter Delhi. They have been allowed to protest at Nirankari Samagam Maidan in Burari area of Delhi. A team of farmers is insistent that a government representative come to the border and talk to them. Meeting of farmers of Punjab on the Indus border of Delhi-Haryana continues.

In the meeting, it is being decided whether the farmers will protest against the border or go to Burari. The protesting farmers have camped at the Tikri and Singhu border, the farmers who had entered Delhi and were trying to reach Ramlila Maidan, were taken into custody by the police and brought to Burani's Nirankari Maidan. Police and CISF have been deployed on duty at Nirankari Maidan in Burari.

On Thursday, a batch of farmers left Punjab for the national capital. During this time violent clashes took place between police and farmers in many places. Police used force along the Haryana border to stop the farmers. Water was showered using water canon even in cold weather. Farmers are protesting against the new agricultural law and they are coming to Delhi. Eventually, the police-administration has to bow before the farmers.
