Actor Farukh Sheikh is considered among Bollywood's legendary actors. Along with this, he was known for his plain and simple style in films. Actor was born in Surat on 25 March 1948, the actor made his career with Balraj Sahini's film Garam Hawa, which came in 1973. Along with this, in the year 1979, the performance of Farukh Sheikh got recognition from the film Noori.

Along with this, Farukh's acting with the film was also appreciated. After this he became a big artist with Umrao Jaan. On 28 December 2013, Farooq Sheikh died of a heart attack.
