Lucknow: A fierce fire broke out in Sanjay Bazar, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday morning. After the accident, there was an uproar on the spot. According to the news received, the fire was so dangerous that many shops came under its grip. However, the cause of the fire is yet to be determined. Firefighters are trying to extinguish the fire. But the fire has not yet been controlled. At the same time, a fierce fire broke out in four complexes of the ready-made garments market in Kanpur in the early hours of Friday (March 31). More than 800 shops present here were burned to ashes. According to people, the fire broke out in the shops at 3 a.m. According to eyewitnesses, the fire was first reported in the AR section of the market. By the time people could do anything, the fire had broken out in the nearby Masood Complex as well, and then the second Masood Complex was also engulfed in the fire. By then the fire had taken a huge form, and these flames engulfed the shops present in the Hamraj Complex. Since then, the fire has been continuous.

Giving information about the matter, the police said that it took more than 20 hours to extinguish the fire. More than 60 fire engines have been deployed to douse the fire, and they have been refilled more than 400 times. According to a senior official, goods and cash worth about Rs 150 crore have been gutted in the fire.
