Lucknow: Problems of Gayatri Prajapati, who was a minister in the Akhilesh government of Uttar Pradesh is increasing. An FIR has been registered against Prajapati, who recently came out on bail in the rape case, under the sections of cheating, forgery and death threat. The rape victim of Chitrakoot was also accused in the case. This FIR has been filed on behalf of the victim's lawyer Dinesh Chandra Tripathi.

The snitch has given the police strong evidence of fraud, forgery. The snitch says that to save the case, there has been a transaction of crores between the rape victim and the accused. The lawyer alleges that Gayatri Prajapati has transferred crores of assets to the victim in the case, and he has given strong evidence to the police. It is noteworthy that a woman has filed the charges of rape against Prajapati, who was a minister in the Akhilesh government after which in February 2017, on the order of the top court, a case was registered against Gayatri Prajapati.

But this case was overturned when the rape victim gave statements in favour of Gayatri Prajapati in the court and got the FIR registered for rape against the witness Ram Singh. After which the police arrested Ramsingh on 5 September. Not only this but after the arrest of the witness Ram Singh, 2 Inspector Satyaprakash Singh (Gautampalli) and Crime Branch Inspector Ajit Singh were also suspended. The role of both inspectors was found suspicious in Ram Singh's arrest.
