Varanasi: An FIR lodged in Bhelupur police station of Varanasi, the Lok Sabha constituency of PM Narendra Modi, remains in the headlines. In this FIR, a case under IT Act has been registered against a total of 18 people. Among these 18 people, there is one name that is most discussed. This is the name of Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google. A case has been registered against him for the IT Act and conspiracy.
Actually, this FIR has been registered after the order of the court on 6 February. Girija Shankar, who lives in the Gauriganj area of Varanasi, has lodged this FIR. Girija Shankar alleges that a video in a WhatsApp group made indecisive statements against PM Modi. Girija Shankar called the said number and questioned the video, after which a video was put on YouTube. Girija Shankar's mobile number was allegedly put in it. Since then, he is constantly receiving threats over phone calls.
The person who put Girija Shankar's mobile number on YouTube is Vishal Singh, who made a video on YouTube and made a song by putting Girija Shankar's number in it that he is in danger. Since then Girija Shankar has now received 8500 calls, in which he is being threatened for life and people are being abusive to him. Girija Shankar approached the court under 156 under the case, then the court filed a report at the Bhelupur police station and ordered an inquiry. After which the victim Girija Shankar has filed a case against 18 people in Bhelupar police station.
